Walter Scheunemann (26 March 1909 – 29 December 1949) was a German colonel in the Wehrmacht during World War II. H also a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves, awarded by Nazi Germany to recognise extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership.
