United States Senate elections, 1904 and 1905

The United States Senate elections of 1904 and 1905 were election which coincided with President Theodore Roosevelt's landslide election to a full term, and which had the Republican Party gain one seat in the United States Senate.
As these elections were prior to ratification of the Seventeenth Amendment, senators were chosen by State legislatures.
The Silver Republican Party had dissolved and their two Senate seats went to the Republicans, yielding an aggregate gain of three seats.
