East Walnut Hills Firehouse is a registered historic building in Cincinnati, Ohio, listed in the National Register on February 17, 1983. It is located at Madison Rd. and Hackberry St. in the East Walnut Hills neighborhood.[2] The building is the oldest firehouse standing in the city.[3]

Built in 1886, it accommodated the Fire Company No. 23 and Ladder Company No. 9.[4]

As of 2014, the historic firehouse has hosted a pizzeria, Fireside Pizza.[3]
