- Just because any of the roads below are labeled as "loops" does not necessarily mean the roads are circular—some are bypasses, some are replacements for historic routings of other roads, some "loops" are actually straight roads that don't encircle an area at all (which might make some "loop" routings better as "spurs" instead).
