The following is a list of state highways in Kentucky shorter than one mile (1.6 km) in length. Most of these highways act as service roads, old alignments of more prominent highways, or connectors between one or more highways. Several of these highways have their own articles; those highways are summarized here and a link is provided to the main article. This list does not include highways where at least one highway of that number is at least one mile in length. All highways at least one mile in length have their own article.

Kentucky Route 304

Kentucky Route 304 (KY 304) is a 0.7-mile-long (1.1 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway travels through the central part of Central City, within Muhlenberg County. KY 304 begins at an intersection with US 431/KY 70 (Phillip Stone Way) in the west-central part of Central City, within Muhlenberg. It travels to the southeast and intersects KY 277 (West Reservoir Avenue). The two highways very briefly travel concurrently to the north-northeast. KY 304 turns right onto West Broad Street, to the east-southeast. One block later, it intersects the northern terminus of KY 2103 (Center Street). At this intersection, KY 304 curves to the east-northeast. It then meets its eastern terminus, an intersection with KY 1031 (2nd Street). Here, the roadway continues as East Broad Street.[1]

Kentucky Route 346

Kentucky Route 346 (KY 346) is a 0.868-mile-long (1.397 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway travels mostly through the city limits of Guthrie, within Todd County. It is known as North Ewing Street for its entire length. KY 346 begins at an intersection with U.S. Route 41 (US 41; Ewing Drive / West Park Street) in the central part of Guthrie, within Todd County. It travels to the north-northwest and curves to the northwest. It crosses over Spring Creek, curves to the north-northeast, and meets its northern terminus, an intersection with US 79 (Russellville Road).[2]

Kentucky Route 423

Kentucky Route 423 (KY 423) is a 0.918-mile-long (1.477 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway travels mostly through rural areas of Muhlenberg County. KY 423 begins at an intersection with KY 175 south-southeast of Millport, within the northwestern part of Muhlenberg County. It travels to the north-northwest and crosses over some railroad tracks of CSX and travels through Millport. The highway continues to the north-northwest and meets its northern terminus, an intersection with Stringtown Road. Here, the roadway continues as Millport–Sacramento Road.[3]

Kentucky Route 446

Kentucky Route 446 is a short state highway in Warren County, Kentucky that connects Interstate 65 with nearby US 31-W. It begins as a four-lane highway divided by a median at a junction with US 31-W in Bowling Green. The route then continues east for 0.97 miles until reaching its terminus at the Exit 28 interchange of I-65. KY 446 provides direct access to the National Corvette Museum, as well as to the nearby General Motors Bowling Green Assembly Plant, the sole center of manufacture for the Chevy Corvette. The Bowling Green Assembly is one of many factories along the I-65 corridor that have helped earn it the nickname "Auto Alley".

Kentucky Route 604

Kentucky Route 604 is a state highway in Muhlenberg County in western Kentucky. The route originates at a junction with US 431 and KY 70 on the south side of Central City near the exit 58 interchange of the Western Kentucky Parkway. KY 604 ends at a junction with US 62 (Everly Brothers Blvd.) on the east side of Central City. It is 0.975 miles (1.569 km) long.

Kentucky Route 2128

It follows North Main Street, then turns left onto Cemetery Street, and then makes another left turn onto Middle Ferry Road, and ends at West Morrison Street.[6] This route is not signed.

Kentucky Route 2162 is an urban secondary, 0.547 miles (0.880 km) long state highway located entirely in Morgantown, the county seat of Butler County in south-central Kentucky. It begins at the junction of Kentucky Routes 70 and KY-403. It follows Old Logansport Road eastward to intersect US 231/KY 79 (G.L. Smith Street). KY 2162 follows West Ohio Street to terminate at KY 2161 (North Main Street).[6] This route is not signed.

Kentucky Route 2333

Kentucky Route 2333 is a 0.65-mile-long (1.05 km) eastwest state highway in Paintsville, Kentucky. The western terminus of the route is at Kentucky Route 321 Business. The eastern terminus is at Kentucky Route 1428.

KY 2333 was formerly assigned to Cooper Drive in Lexington. The route stretched from US 27 (Nicholasville Road-South Limestone) in the west to Tates Creek Road in the east. The western third of the route, starting at US 27, passed through the southern part of the University of Kentucky campus, near Commonwealth Stadium, Bluegrass Community and Technical College, and the headquarters of Kentucky Educational Television. It was five lanes from US 27 to University Drive, then narrowed to two lanes to KY 1974. It was widened from two to five lanes in 1989. Ownership transferred from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government on May 8, 1989.
