Fluspirilene (Redeptin, Imap, R6218) is a diphenylbutylpiperidine typical antipsychotic drug, used for the treatment of schizophrenia.[1] It is administered intramuscularly.[2] It was discovered at Janssen Pharmaceutica in 1963.[3]
